Donut Team has released an internal tool used to figure out information about unknown chunk data. Showcases data that is inside a Pure3D file in a way that shows the differences in each chunk.
Can I edit said data?
Not with this program, you can use Lucas' Pure3D Editor 4 to edit data.
Why are you releasing it?
Why not? It could be helpful to someone, however most likely won't as even we rarely use it.
