[The Simpsons: Hit & Run] not opening Fullscreen

Hey guys!

I'm getting stuck and frustrated with a problem launching the game. Looking at the screenshot within the link, it just opens in one part of the screen.

If I open without the launcher, it is fine. If I open with the launcher with or without mods, I keep getting the same problem regardless of the screen resolution I select.

Never had this problem before so really confused, any ideas?

i would try 2 restart your pc or reinstall direct x

You could try using the boredeless hack. Never seen this issue before.

I've tried both of these already, nothing seems to do it :/

It appears to be a fault with the launcher. All hacks and mods disabled and it still persists

try pressing alt + enter

While in the launcher? I just get the Windows invalid action sound.

My copy on my desktop PC works fine, so i copied all the data which were the same anyway to my Surface Pro 4 copy. And the same problems continues, must have something to do with Windows on my tablet?
