Hi, I was wondering if it's possible to edit the map and add extra bits on to it. If this is possible then I have an idea to join all 3 levels together to create one big map.

Not possible for a wide variety of reasons right now.If this is possible then I have an idea to join all 3 levels together to create one big map.
In the coming months we plan on releasing a proper model building tool that supports building custom maps among other things.
