How does ASF exactly works?

I know i might sound akward for this kind of question, but i don't know how to use ASF...

Simply put

 RequiredHack=AdditionalScriptFunctionality 

in your mod's Meta.ini, and then you'll have access to all Additional Script Functionality commands, objectives, and conditions for your mod. You can find full documentation of Additional Script Functionality here.
