Multi Meme and Road Rage

How do I play Multi Meme and Road Rage can someone please guide me to the right direction

Well i dont know about road rage but this is how i got multi meme mod. first i downloaded it then i installed winzip and unzipped the rar file (its had to explain how to unzip a rar file but google it) then after that it became a lmlm file and there ya go you have the multi meme mod. sorry if this doesnt make sense but i tried my best explaining it to you.

Ok sorry it’s just been 3 days and really want to help this person because so there could be more people using these multiplayer mods
