Lucas' Simpsons Hit & Run Mod Launcher 1.23.5

Highlights

• Additional Script Functionality: Added a new command, "SetCollectibleSoundEffect", to set the sound effect used when picking up a collectible in delivery, dump or race objectives.
• Console and Logging: Added support for including timestamps and output categories in the console and logs.
• Custom Traffic Support: Fixed a bug that caused parked cars to not work in certain circumstances.
