Gibstack You don't open it, you put it in the "mods" folder provided by Lucas Simpsons Hit and Run Mod Launcher, then you launch the exe of SHAR ML, and checkmark Donut Mod. Then hit Launch.

You decompile it using Lucas' Simpsons Hit & Run Mod Launcher and then using Lucas' P3D Editor you look for the file containing your model & export it.
