Here is my submission for the Halloween Content
it includes a character edit, car edit and a map texture edit
includes a modified P3D library from proddy and enappelsin to remove the lighting in the level so the textures are more visible.
I believe that my car edit is spooky
I believe that my character edit is spooky
And I believe that the texture edits to the level are pretty spooky as well
I believe that this fills all 3 criteria for the contest
(There are also other cars hidden in the phonebooth somewhere)
