Benworr The mod launcher fails to load up and gives an error where I can 'Send error report' or 'don't send'. What do I do?

In case anyone else has the problem I had.
I run Windows XP with Service Pack 2.
All I needed to do was install .Net framework 3.5
MUST BE 3.5 AS I ALREADY H
