SHAR: Mod Showcase Beta Release Altered or synthetic content

This mod was insane, it's awesome a game that I grew up playing, was basically remade, 20+ years later. Any tips on how I could get in the sewer w/o my game instantly crashing? Pretty much the only thing I haven't been able to enjoy. Thanks much!
