Oh, I went to Dyna Phys as you see here and opened all the tabs inside it. I looked into "Value Editor" in all of them but still couldn't find "Collision Effect" Maybe it got removed or something?

Anyone got a Level 1 w/ Burns Mansion mod?

Elaborate: the full Mansion. It's already there in the vanilla game behind invisible walls, but there's no floor inside the actual mansion
