Josh I know I probably sound dumb for this but you're a genius. I did exactly what you told me which was to move it anywhere else where it wouldn't be under OneDrive. Thanks Josh!

Yeah, to answer your question, I have done a full restart of everything, and it stayed the same, unfortunately. I will try to do it again though just to see if my luck changes.

I'm afraid with my situation that the files might be corrupted somehow. Just speculation.
