Its stops at level 3 because that's all that's been released so far in the mod

1) Redownload it 2) Download an older version 3) Run as admin 4) Run in compatibility as Windows XP SP3 or Vista try all that

This is a workprint review so it may be long or whatever and not fluidly written.
