Mod Launcher doesn't load up?

DON'T WORRY NOW! IT IS SORTED... In case anyone else has the problem I had. I run Windows XP with Service Pack 2. All I needed to do was install .Net framework 3.5 MUST BE 3.5 AS I ALREADY HAD 3.0
