how to pass the second mission of level one ? barney AI is sooo stupid that he blocks himself everywhere and everytime the mission is failed

Hi everyone, i've successfully understood how to install and play mods. I've maide the entire map ten times minimum but i haven't found the second spatula ( the second of the level one) , where it is ? and how to make the 100% on the level one ? This mod is by the way wonderfull and i really like it...

thank you but when i want reload for the car pack appear , i miss CustomText and i not find it , where it is please ?
