I don't understand why you have published this video on Donut Team and what is the problem you want to show in your clip. It's not the appropriate place to post video, if you want to post video to show to others people you should go on the donut team discord.

I can't say what are the best mods but I recommend to go on the mods page first and then try to go on the most populaires thread in the forum

Maybe you have put the two launcher.exe in the same folder but you can't you have to keep the two folders separate. I think it's what's wrong

Yes you can use the two Lucas mod launcher : normal and savestates. I have the same setup so there is no problem
