What languages has SHAR been officially localised into?

Hit and Run was only dubbed in those 4 languages excluding japanese (which only has the texts translated i think), and Road Rage wasn't even dubbed to other languages, however it has translated text for those 4 ones and italian, only for the pal version. And the audio was left in english.

I know what to do, but i can't, it's an error. I don't touch anything, it just starts like that and whenever i touch anything it closes. I just wanna do the rebuild ("C:\path\to\LRCFB.exe" -inputdir "C:\path\to\input\from" -outputrcf "C:\path\to\build\to\file.rcf")
