To use that cheat you have to already have 100% completion. Maybe that's the problem? It works fine for me in the pause menu.

Nice, downloading now. Needed a few of these. Not sure what some of them are though. What do the Duff pack and donutteam.com in a Mod 0.1.1 do?

Will do. Haven't made any progress with it since posting this, but I'm wanting a cel-shaded Hit & Run bad enough to keep messing with it anyway. It's probably also worth noting for anyone that's interested that Reshade ships with a Directx8 compatibility mode, but it seems to do the exact same thing...

Don't enter the cheat at the main menu. Start a game up (either Resume Game or New Game), then pause it, go to the options menu, and enter the cheat there.
