So it appears to be fixed, I enabled Direct3D and disabled all overlays, Geforce,Steam etc. And I put the game and launcher in the same folder in my pcs main Directory instead of my other SSD. Thanks so much for your help and I hope the changes I made can also help others facing the same problem
