there should be a hack called frame limitor or something like that activate it in left side in lucas launcher checkmark should appear once you pressed on it

Wow. Thats a lot, try running Lucas Mod launcher and put on frame limitor see if that helps.

Compatibilitty usually just fk's the game up try windows xp also does it lag/take long to load a level with win 7?

But i still have more well what about the leftover music for example organ_music was that intended for level 7? why did it got cut for? you can find few more leftover music in the game? Thanks for answering i got few more questions. Was Legs supposed to be in the game there is still his 10 voicelines leftover. And whats that recording machine? there is only leftover dialogue from that thing.
