I might take the download link down for the time being then until I find a way to cut the file size. I will also probably remove the shaders from the download and include it as a separate download on the trailer video.

Ok I figured it out. The sound would be added to the carsound.spt in a similar fashion to the vote_quimby sound in the same file, then the rsd file is added to the carsound folder just like any regular custom engine/horn mod. The only difference with the traffic sound is the in car tune script file...

The tutorial provided doesn't explain what file to extract for the hex editor if the song isn't specific to one level. The song replaced in the video was specific to level 1 (i.e. Sunday Drive) so in the tutorial he extracted the rms for lvl 1 and edited the hex code. I wanted to know what rms file...
