I used it to get the wav files out to set the hz to 24000 (which doesn't help the fact that I am highly inexperienced with the RSD Converter.)

I have nowhere else to get the sounds from which is why I chose Road Rage.

Fun fact: The original files from Road Rage were not even rsd, they were rsp, so when I exported them I set it to All Files and put ".rsd" at the end and took it from there. I've had one issue when I saved one (a RideReply one) and opened it again and it was almost solid static. I tried replacing it again and now it's slightly higher pitched than normal and the format's wrong.

I don't know if the sounds are gonna work or not because every time I import them into the RSD, the format changes to RSD4PCM instead of RSD4RADP.

Geez, dialog.spt is quite confusing. How do I actually add daSoundResourceDatas? I am basically lost.

I take it after I edit the spt file I put the sounds into the rcf, right?
