logaz: I could be wrong about this, but I don't think the Springfield Nuclear Power Plant's employees appear as NPCs in this part of it in Level 4, only Level 1.

Trainman84: Yes, it is. The World's Largest Toilet has been modified so that you can climb up it, as well as the hill that leads to it. You access the hill through Nelson's front garden, I believe.

The FN key should be located on the left side of the keyboard, to the right of CTRL, or at least that is where it is placed for me. Holding this key while entering Cheat Codes is only mandatory if your Desktop uses the F1, F2, F3, F4, F5, F6, F7, F8, F9, F10, F11, and F12 keys as shortcut keys.

I think the Nuclear Waste Truck's exclusion from Level 1 comes down to how Traffic Vehicles are set up in a Level.
