"... but a mission builder would be good, mostly for less good modders" Yes, but the "less good modders" in question can become good at creating mods by reading the tutorials, etc and looking at the game files. If someone needs a mod builder that desperately, then chances are that they can't be both...

I doubt it's possible. Besides, what's wrong with trying to learn how to code missions normally?

Same here. I didn't know hw was ever banned, and I can't understand half of the stuff he says. For whatever reason, he linked this thread as an answer to a thread where a guy was asking for a mod which replaces Homer and Marge's cars.
