HD Textures Mod-ish

I'm curious what methods did you use to do the pack as I'm trying to work on a Full HD mod I started with the videos I've had them fully converted and upscaled to 1080p also don't take up to much room the overall quality has improved a bit I may even do a 4k pack at some point but I've wanted to kno...
