A possible one: in level 2, Chief Wiggum goes after Bart when he collects illegal fireworks, but then a few missions later, Bart meets Chief Wiggum at Herman's store and they're on good terms like nothing happened before. Though this could've been intentional to show that Wiggum is an idiot.

Also, Marc Baril told me Levy's tracks were performed with a combination of programmed drums and real guitar riffs. Just an interesting bit of trivia.

Bumping the thread so people can see this info, which may be valuable. I like the Bart remix because it gives the song a whole new feeling, like an early 2000s pop rock song. However, the other remixes are terrible, I agree.
