help with Lucas Pure3D editor 4.1.1

let me explain i open local disk / program files / vivendi / simpsons hit and run / scripts / missions / level01 / m1i then it says Unrecognised signature and then its empty is it because my simpsons hit and run app has the user account control system with the shield symbol?
