Im pretty sure that adding more cars to the phonebooth and scrolling through the booth after a few times will eventually cause a crash i don't know how to fix this but its not an issue with the mod itself

The positions you would need to go into the p3d file, find the location of the character then click on it and go to the spot you want them to be in game then click "from game" which will set the location to that spot By characters i'm not sure what you mean but the player can be changed in the level...
