Okay, thank you, @thundergivesmeglee. I wouldn't expect 60-70 frames a second to cause any issues with the game, especially with file loading. On computers with two or more processor cores, running Windows Vista or newer, the game takes a really long time to load files. This can be worked around by...

@thundergivesmeglee, what sort of frame rate do you usually get when not using Frame Limiter? What do you mean by "map chunks"? Do you mean entire region files (things like this)? I don't see any problems from that log either but just to be safe, can you please move Lucas Simpsons Hit & Run Mod Launcher.exe, its Hacks folder and its Mods folder out of your game directory to somewhere else on your computer (to prevent them from being included in the output) and run...
