Matt: Download the zip file Weasel has provided, and extract the contents to C:\Users\%username%\Documents\My Games\Lucas' Simpsons Hit & Run Mod Launcher\Mods After this, run Lucas Simpsons Hit & Run Mod Launcher, and it should appear
