Pretty solid. Love the mission ideas, IDK if this was a mistake on your part, but in the tutorial mission the timer runs out but the mission doesn't fail you. I can't explain it to ya since I don't know alot about this topic, but I CAN give you a link to a video that explains most of it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=umcmTzBpfGE It may not be the same but nothing really differs as far as wav to rsd's concern.
Where would I start if I wanted to mod games like the simpsons hit and run?

What I did when I first started modding was just trial and error. Just experiment and see what you can do. Then after you know what does what then start coding!
