Does it unlock the unused vehicles, though? I'm not sure. Also, as far as I know, it only unlocked all level 1 vehicles(I was on a new save file), so yeah...

^As far as I remember, you have to hold F1 and press up, down, up, down(in the options menu). And then when you get to a phonebooth, you can press F2 to be able to select all cars, including some unused ones.

Do you have the torrented or paid version of the game? I remember playing a pirated version of the game and using Donut Mod and it crashed whenever I entered a vehicle in the third level. So that might be the cause of it. Only way to fix it is to get the paid version. (One way to tell if it is pirat...

True, although as far as I know, Xbox played without any lag and didn't have any ''special effect'' downgrades. And due to the Lens Flare and retraction effect, one might argue it's the best version of the game. (Although I never noticed any lag in the PS2 version.)
