If I recall correctly, you can't directly redirect the RSD files for the game music, but you can redirect the RMS files that tell the game what music to play. What you'd need to do is to create multiple RMS files for the various options you want (tutorial here: https://donutteam.com/forum/topic/1830...

It's seeded. If you close and restart it with "Random Seed" or "No Seeding" then it'll be new. If you close and restart it with "Fixed Seed" then it will always been the same if you keep the same seed.

Donut Mod 4 is a large project and, as Danny said, the team are working on the other tools and projects right now. The latest beta was released 12 days ago on March 1st.
