Somehow, this tool got a massive upgrade even though no one uses it. Now I dare someone to beat L1M3 with Smithers' vehicle's top speed increased to 300%, its mass increased to 300%, and its HP increased to 500%.

I'm still accepting more submissions for both this post and the other one involving tough vehicles.
