Don't ask why, but the tutorial for this mod doesn't exist anymore. Not that anyone cares since this mod is long gone. At least I updated this again.

Try this: Click on "Open" and select "Launcher Settings." Here, the "Additional Mods Folder" tab should already be selected in the next window. If not, select it. Then, click on "Add" and select the folder containing your mods. (Here, I used a folder called "Mods2." It shouldn't make a difference if...

Last time I played the mod, the Clown Car's horn doesn't loop. Perhaps making the horn loop like it does in Road Rage (and my mod).
