It would be better to wait until the map builder to come out (which won't be for a long time) to do 'A' 'C' is pretty pointless since there is already a hack to unlock all vehicles in the mod launcher without collecting the money in the game. It depends. A mod can be serious but there could always be a bit of humour, even if it's only in the background as a sight gag. This is The Simpsons after all. What if, instead of just making a simple graphic edit, you add missions, change the background to a space sky and turn it into a future mod? It would keep people's interest for longer and show more effort.
