I finally fixed it! In my audio settings, I specifically had to disable default audio enhancements

I changed my output to my monitor, recorded it, and the audio was perfectly fine. Does this mean I pretty much won't be able to use my headset? I really hope this isn't the case because it's my only decent option for audio.
