I finally fixed it! In my audio settings, I specifically had to disable default audio enhancements

I changed my output to my monitor, recorded it, and the audio was perfectly fine. Does this mean I pretty much won't be able to use my headset? I really hope this isn't the case because it's my only decent option for audio.

No changes upon restarting. If I reinstall, should I go back in this thread and install the two dropbox files you sent as well? the ini and save1 Also, should I reinstall the launcher?

I'm on desktop. I'm using HyperX Alpha wireless headphones directly via USB. That's my only option, as I am on my college campus at the moment. Here are my settings: https://imgur.com/a/quyreWp

My mistake. I think I accidentally clicked outside of the executable. Anyway, I selected windows xp (service pack 3), relaunched the game from the launcher and it still doesn't work
