When I refer back to the video I sent, it appears that the values have changed.

I moved my folders and added the Dropbox files to my SHAR folder. Then, I went to the launcher and changed the path to the new one. Unfortunately, disabling "No Mute on Defocus" didn't make a difference, nor did anything else listed

I don't have anything enabled there. In game, all of my audio is up. I tested to see if I could hear character dialogue by turning down "effects" and "music" but that didn't work
