Your instructions are false. When you open index.html this is the error you get: You need to put this on a local or remote server. You'd be better off hosting this and linking it out to people instead of a download.

The plans for RRR was to restart the project and enhance all missions, levels and art. Those have seemingly been abandoned and likely won't come out for a long time.
Can someone add these Scarface chunks values to P3D Editor?
