The plans for RRR was to restart the project and enhance all missions, levels and art. Those have seemingly been abandoned and likely won't come out for a long time.

You're missing DynaLoad string symbols Here's some documentation on them: https://docs.donutteam.com/docs/hitandrun/misc/dyna-load-data You basically need to add a ";" at the end of the ones you're loading and a ":" at the end of the ones you're unloading.
