Maybe I'm misremembering you must have "Debug Test" enabled then? That is in the "Developer" tab. Then press 9 to use the explode all cars? Not sure.

You enabled "Cheat Keys" mod and press the 9 key on your keyboard. You can look at the mod's description for all available cheat keys.
