I think on 15th September you'll have a better idea who he is. His second letter tells you a bit more. S will have 3 letters before release of the update.

Okay, let me explain something. This cheat requires you to do everything in the game and have 100% completion. It does not work otherwise. ALL Cheats must be entered by going in game, pressing Pause, going to options, and holding down F1 while you enter the cheat. The PC version of the game crashes...
