Level 3 will be available in the next version of Donut Mod, we are also trying to get level 4 ready but we do not know if it'll be ready in time.

TLLAN has been shelfed until we have more experience and team power to work with. It's a great story and we can't wait to share it with you when we do end up making the game. Neither of these are going to happen for a long time, if ever. While both are possible, it'd require @lucasc190 to hack into the game and add support. A long with health, multiplayer events, server software, and a ton of other things. Anything is possible, I am not denying that. I am denying however...
