It was originally in Level 1/4 but they removed it very close to release. They copied level 1 to make level 7, but when they removed the rich side, they left a lot of triggers including this music trigger.

If it was playing any audio, that's a mistake in itself. There's a (seemingly random) chance that animated video textures can play audio.

Again, lots of misinformation in this thread. There is no way to export skeletons or animations at this time. You would have to re-rig the character yourself
