A new update we're working on has corrected this issue. You will now need to click on the notification or click the solid circle to mark a notification as read. You can also click the hollow circle to make a notification marked as unread. The gif is still a work-in-progress.

There is no "Skip All Cutscenes" hack. You may be referring to "No Introduction Movies" which skips the movies shown after the license screen and the new game movie.

Notifications are currently marked as read upon opening the notification tray, this is something we're working on changing. Sorry for the inconvenience.

We momentarily broke all the avatars on the site, it was caused by a code roll-out that went wrong for a second. Should be all good now.
