I updated your title as you asked a general question but singled out one user. You could privately ask them using Discord or YouTube. Nightbane even has his own Discord server you could have asked this question in.

You can put them in the "Mods" folder next to the Mod Launcher or in C:\Users\Your Username Here\Documents\My Games\Lucas' Simpsons Hit & Run Mod Launcher\Mods

You can try turning off the Frame Limiter and seeing if that helps. It's really not recommended because the game's physics get a bit wonky once you go over 60, but some people have said that has helped with their stuttering. Another thing that may help is going in the launcher: "Open..." > "Launcher...

Puppet505: Congratulations on your first mod! jamiethegreatQ777: The site doesn't seem "sketchy" to me; sharing is an acceptable and common way of trying to promote your service. Just because you haven't heard of it, immediately makes it sketchy. Also if you knew what a cookie was, you'd understand...

Did you open the ZIP file or did you rename the ZIP file to .lmlm
