This is going to sound dumb, but restarting your computer may fix it. We've had others have issues where the mod launcher or on of our programs doesn't work after a few times with Windows 10.

Theoretically if the PC version supports it, it's possible. They may have just used RCFs as it would let them compress the files a bit more, not really sure why they did it this way on console. If I had to guess, it will support it. But that's only a guess based on what I know of the console version...

Currently we're not distributing server executables. The reason is this an experimental multiplayer that we do not intend to support.
