This is going to sound dumb, but restarting your computer may fix it. We've had others have issues where the mod launcher or on of our programs doesn't work after a few times with Windows 10.

Not really sure what the problem could be, are you able to use the normal mod launcher?

Theoretically if the PC version supports it, it's possible. They may have just used RCFs as it would let them compress the files a bit more, not really sure why they did it this way on console. If I had to guess, it will support it. But that's only a guess based on what I know of the console version...

Currently we're not distributing server executables. The reason is this an experimental multiplayer that we do not intend to support. v3.2.3 does not have the normal/roofed family sedan. v4 will add this back, soon.
