The reason for the lack of it's inclusion is because we didn't want to put it in and lose a spot for another car. We have a limited number of cars that the car can have.

There's nothing you could do with SHAR to make it handle higher polys better. It's also not an engine limitation, the engine just isn't optimised for higher poly counts. Not to mention that most modern games don't even use that many things in a car model. Think of it this way, your car uses 2,312,44...

Not to be rude, but translators need to have extremely good grammar and spelling so they can flawlessly translate to and from another language.

It's just an issue with Windows' Virtual Store from what we can tell. Virtual Store is a place where files will go if they can't get saved properly. The mod launcher kept recreating your settings file because Windows was saying it didn't exist even though it did. So no settings could be saved. Like...

Are you on Windows 10? If so, I encountered a similar issue and restarting my computer seemed to fix it.

It was probably intended you climb in, but it looked odd since they scale the character way smaller.
