Try editing your save files to say "Savex.bak" (the x being your number save) or delete them and try again. That's what happened to me once when the game kept crashing after the radical screen, my save file was corrupted.. Your save files for the vanilla game are located on the Simpsons Hit and Run...

1. You need to edit carsound.spt (I think that's the file, I'll check later) I know there's people who can give you a better tutorial about that, but I just know that's the file you need. 2. I can send you one once I get home.

SomeoneIKnow: If you happen to be able to get any dialogue from the show/other sources (basically, anything besides Wrestling/Road Rage/Skateboarding/SHAR) then let me know and I could add it. Same thing with the level 2 character that I won't spoil for anyone who hasn't played it yet.

Had that problem while trying NG+. On L4M5, I got 2 cycled (also a problem) and then the chase sedan got stuck on the stone building's ledge thing (The building next to the ramp between the school and the rich side) and I had to wait for about a minute before it decided to reset itself.
