I like the idea to have a GUI for cheats, while I don't know if that's possible or not. It would be cool if once you added a cheat and saved the game, the cheat would be permanently on the GUI when you load the save.

While I did find a workaround to play L3 (loading a L3M1 save, if you didn't see) this fixed the mission and my save. Thank you gutrippah! If the DM forums had a like or +1 equivalent, you would get one :3

I give up trying to solve my problem. I got a new save at L3M1 that has everything unlocked from the original game up to that point, so I'm able to get everything else I need. I've played M2 and M3 of level 3 so far, and the changes in DM3 are very cool. A shame that my original almost 100% save on...

I don't see any problems from that log either but just to be safe, can you please move Lucas Simpsons Hit & Run Mod Launcher.exe, its Hacks folder and its Mods folder out of your game directory to somewhere else on your computer (to prevent them from being included in the output) and run...
